Job Title: Ulpan Teacher
Department: The Gottesman Center for Jewish Living
Reports to: Ulpan Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Overview:
Teaching Hebrew at the MMJCCM Ulpan - both in person and Zoom
classes. Classes are offered by semester (Fall/Winter-Spring/Summer) -
using the Israeli method for teaching all Hebrew language skills-speaking,
comprehension, reading, and writing. We hire only highly qualified,
experienced Hebrew teachers-primarily native speakers. We offer small,
interactive day and evening classes at all levels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Teach classes according to the Ulpan syllabus
Keep current with new trends in Ulpan teaching
Attend Ulpan teacher meetings as scheduled by the Ulpan Director
Qualifications:
Experienced Hebrew teachers, preferably with Ulpan teaching
experience. University Degrees and Teaching Licenses are a plus.
Salary Range: $80 per teaching hour.
