Your role as a Day Camp Counselor
As a Day Camp Counselor, you'll kick off each day with enthusiasm, leading fun and engaging activities for kids of various ages. Expect to plan and facilitate games, arts & crafts, and team-building exercises while ensuring everyone is safe and included. You'll serve as a role model, fostering positive relationships with campers and helping them develop new skills.
Flexibility is key, as you'll adapt to the dynamic camp environment and handle any challenges that arise with a smile. Collaboration with fellow counselors and staff is essential, ensuring everyone's on the same page for a smooth experience. You'll need to keep a keen eye on camper well-being, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere each day!
