Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing, Adult Programming
Department: Marketing

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, this Senior Marketing Director role is responsible for increasing awareness of, driving traffic to, and above all, growing and engaging with the adult audiences of the JCC. The right candidate will bring a passion for engaging with a diverse community of adults, will use data to guide decisions, and will have a consumer-centric approach to develop and execute holistic campaigns through effective communications, acquisition, and remarketing tactics.
The newly designed position will focus on marketing the institutional priorities of adult programming in the areas of Arts+Ideas, Jewish Life, Modern Aging, Special Needs, Social Responsibility, 20s & 30s and relevant aspects of Health & Wellness programming. They will collaborate with their Children & Family and Membership marketing peers to provide clear and compelling messaging to the various constituents of the JCC.
This role will play a strategic role on the Engagement team, working very closely with an adult programming Marketing Director to prioritize and own initiatives related to the adult categories of programs and events. S/He will own the development, management, execution and measurement of the marketing and branding strategies to include, but not limited to: positioning, budgeting, social media, email, web, advertising, experiential marketing, collateral, and content.
This is a full time, in-person position, with flexibility for some remote days.
Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the overall vision of the areas, becoming a creative partner with the JCC's center directors and programming team to enhance the visibility of campaigns and events.
- Work closely with a centralized marketing, design and operations team to implement ongoing, new, and seasonal marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with a Marketing Director to prioritize and own all adult program initiatives
- Develop marketing plans and timelines and manage projects from start to finish, keeping all stakeholders on track to achieve desired goals and deadlines.
- Oversee development of print and electronic marketing materials internally and with local vendors (digital and print) and partners.
- Devise creative content for all methods of communication to audiences, via email, the website, print collateral, on and offline ads, and social media
- Analyze and present marketing activity and results utilizing supporting data and maintain a forward-looking analysis/plan and strategic direction.
- Manage budgets and deliver results based on KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related Marketing, Media or Communications field
- 5+ years as a demonstrated leader and team builder, with strong targeted acquisition marketing experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting/editing skills and a critical eye for design and branding
- Proven understanding of how current digital, print, and out of home marketing channels function
- Superior project management skills on marketing campaigns large and small
- Self-starter with ability to work with a team as well as independently
- Awareness of and aptitude for learning and integrating best practices
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, workflow and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of programming and events
